I need a partner to help me with tax strategy - and these guys feel like a boiler room.Admins - sorry if this post needs to go somewhere else on the site, but I wanted to provide feedback and let you know that this team is saying they are "partners with BP" and behaving like this.

It all comes down to the quality of deal you're able to find and the team you're able to build.In Columbus, OH, you'd be able to pick up a turnkey property in a good location for under $250k and would likely see some nice appreciation as well with all that'sd going on here.

I don't advertise on Craigslist and FB marketplace-I rely on word of mouth  so people know before they come to my house they WILL be tested multiple times a week and WILL have to go to AA meetings, do their chores and be a TEAM player with the rest of the house. 

I am looking to build a team of like mined go getters and go givers to make a dent in the up and down market we are in .

I’m now considering teaming with a software buddy to build custom made software.
