He however did mention that they were still rocks (he sent me pics) that he couldnt remove with the auger and to remove the rocks he would need to cut another part of the pipe to remove them and replace the section of the pipe.

Hey @Tommy Cangelosi, I use AirBNB and VRBO to check the basic stats for occupancy and nightly rates based on what I am looking to buy.You can really get a good idea just from scanning all the properties in your specific criteria.

Some of the pics are of low range starter homes.

The keys are #1 Full listing info as if selling, with professional pics. #2 And most importantly,  very competitive pricing.
