While in the Philippines, I took a 3 hour Uber Ride to Kawasan Falls that changed my life.

I started the eviction process but i am afraid he will drag the process to get free ride until the end of his lease.Please can someone help if there are way to end his lease and kick him out for something other than non-payment?

If you can ride it out for a couple of years, rents will probably continue to rise, but your mortgage should stay the same, so you’ll eventually cash flow.I see appreciation as the main value driver in the SL Valley.

A class "c" will probably have the bumpiest ride due to lower income folks being hit hardest by this.Last recession vacancy went up to 10% but rents flatlined and did not go down nationally.

Surely you didn't train hard for years just to ride the bench for the Big Game!

My recommendation is to ride this crisis out for a while before making concessions.

Low leverage is always helpful, and in general just riding this wave out as best as possible is all any of us can do.
