The E Myth Revisited - A MUST read for anyone who has dreams of starting anything entrepreneurial.

If anything it's been a good learning experience and I do hope when we get the funds recovered that I can revisit some of the other RE plans we have had on the drawing board - but this time with a little more caution

I woke up revisiting my own goals and my chicken out or victim reasons for be unable to reach them.

The State legislature knew about the problem of housing affordability 30 years ago, then revisited it, giving it more "power" 15 years later, and only recently enacted this new law that took away a city's right to say "sorry, you don't have enough parking spaces," and essentially block grandma from having her own tiny house to live out her years, while the kids live in the main house.   

In your instance, it appears that the valuable lessons you learned will be self correcting and never to be revisited again by you!  

Anyone think we should set a reminder to revisit this topic every six months?
