Hey @Katie Casper, check each municipality for the regs.There have been a lot of restrictions put in place depending on the area.There have been some lawsuits flying around in Conway so do your diligence.Bartlett is hard to read, but there are a ton of folks working to ban STRs in the area.

Also, connect with other like-minded people in your community and attend as many in person (and online) meetings at your local REIA groups to network and connect + find out about off market deals and get on local wholesalers "buyers lists".Best of luck!

I believe QB Online does this too but most clients still use MileIQ.
