🧐You need to communicate very effectively and more precisely, almost with surgical precision, what the seller will get out of this deal such as:- Some money upfront- Money every month for the next 3 - 5 years (however small, it is coming in)- They get a big check in 3 - 5 years or even as early as 6 months or 1 year - You promise to carry on their legacy by restoring the house its original glory!
