If I was to do it again, I would look for a larger city with low unemployment, large corporations and a diverse recreational selection.

Account Closed  my dad was in the recreational land business and I cut my teeth at this.. this same sentiment has been with us since at least the 50s  .. with WI IL MI residents buying florida..Or Canadians buying in PHX.. or other snow birds.CA folks want out of where they are living and want to go to semi rural areas..
