Take the raw data file and put into Numbers or Excel.

Are you talking you bought cabinets raw that have to be stained or just throwing some paint over them??

As much as I love BP the members of this network can't take the raw data and turn it into the map below which shows the places in the greater Chicagoland area as to what's appreciating and what's declining in value.

They withheld $47000 for a $60000 rehab.A week later I get an email asking for a receipt for the foundation because the inspector didn't see any evidence that any had been done.I was quite taken back by the email as the house had gone from 900 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft. and was build on not macaroni noodles or raw earth but actually and in fact a solid concrete foundation.

Buy the cheapest piece of raw land you can afford (or a mobile home) and pay all cash.

I found some raw land that I am very interested in.

We've done all sorts of things from buy and hold rentals,  flipping SFRs and commercial buildings to raw land development.

You can find successful people who deal in high rise buildings as well as raw land so your instincts may serve you quite well.
