If you do that, then you will never put yourself into an investment that could drag you all the way down financially, and that this is the prudent way to invest.Beyond that, though, nobody really knows with any kind of certainty if when and to what extent the market will go up, down, or sideways tomorrow or even over the next year ... sometimes people like to pretend that they do, heck we all take an educated guess, but I am typically very skeptical of people that do so with false confidence.
