Hello, we are just getting our information together for a contracts package to possibly sell to investors.I wanted to know what's needed besides : equity purchase agreement, title search for liens, any negotiations with lenders...?????

I've bought some NLP programs but have avoided using techniques in that package because I feel that they make me sound like a snake (as does the instructor of the package, which will remain unnamed).As for 1031s, while I know very basically what they are used for (exchaning equity from one property to another) I've never actually dealt with them.

SO based on that you have to calculate your purchase cost on what the cash flow and what management fees are. go to the store and check out the CD and offer generator package I think its $140 I don't buy much material just 2 programs in my lifetime and this is a good one.

i used to think that if i didn't buy lunch, i was "saving" money, but really what i was doing was SPENDING my time making it, packaging it, putting it in the refridgerator, etc.i used to think by ironing my own clothes that i was "saving" money, but what i was doing was SPENDING my TIME doing useless dribble when i could be doing other more important things.once your brain fully realizes how important TIME is (don't become a workaholic though!)
