The first year or two might not be the best, but I believe CA is a long term waiting game to invest in.

Battery tech is changing the game but it's insanely expensive.

It’s become a different game, in my opinion.I’m not suggesting all people should quit, but some might consider it if they don’t want it be in the hospitality business or work hard to make great cash flow.

I'm primarily in a judicial foreclosure state and so that's where the fun lies for me because I create standing for myself to beat the bank/finance company at their own game and walk away with either the paper or the property free and clear.

The wife and I considered doing a game room but were afraid it'd attract the wrong niche.

You have to treat your tenants like guests and provide them an excellent experience  2) competition is heating up so you have to bring your A game.

While I was disappointed with her work, the second agent swooped in and talked a great game about protecting my investment and managing the property efficiently.

I can't play those game$ nor do I want to.
