Good morning BP family, My wife and I live in the Bay Area and we are looking to relocate within the next year to the Austin and surrounding areas in Texas.

I was really on the fence about the insulation because it gets really cold in there during the winter mornings.

Btw I talked to them this morning and one is being cooperative saying if we got another surveyor out to prove it then she’d be happy to let us move our fence and that shell move the driveway over, but however the other one isn’t being cooperative

It just sort of hit me in the shower this morning and I don't know the answer.I'm trying to look at preventative maintenance costs over the year, Pest Control might need to be on the list.
