I was an active part of BP and local meetup for years, but (for me) joining a professional community has taken my life, marriage, daydreams, & bank account to a level I wasn't able to get to before. 

I showed up to a PM’s office that I did work for on her properties, in need of a quick apartment after my marriage ended with not hint of marital issues that I knew of.

Kinda feels like we're moving past the "dating" phase and right into marriage.

Being so young and not really having any expenses except student debt means I'll achieve "retirement" sooner but I want to set myself up for when life does happen and I am set (marriage, kids, etc...) 

It’s a great marriage when a syndicator with a great deal teams up with investors who are seeking income that is truly passive.

Although service members who are already here will not see a decrease in their BAH, those moving to Hawaii or experiencing a chance in status (Marriage/Divorce) will see their rates drop.

Thats exactly what they want to do .. get you convinced that they can teach you all that but after taking their advanced course .. it's been done time and time again to so many people .. there is no easy way to become rich besides getting incredibly lucky , Lottery, inheritance, marriage, lawsuit..or good hard work ..
