Does anyone know of a blog I could read or possibly a podcast I could listen to each morning that gives me a simple update on daily market trends?

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

If you are audit for some reason, if you then slap together a spreadsheet to record time, the auditors will know right away.

The city operates on a block-by-block basis, and understanding those nuances takes legwork—or working with someone who truly knows the area.

I don't have your answer, but I do want to let you know my concern.  

If its someone you know vs someone you do not it will be different.

If it were me, I would reach out to other franchisees in your area (perhaps your Development Agent might have some insight...see...I know the Subway lingo and I've done Subways in my banking days).
