If a lender thought they had to buy-pass the borrower and consult directly with the CRA, there is a declaration that you could be asked to authorize it (similar to what your accountant will have you sign so they can interact with the CRA on your behalf).

For one, it defeats the entire purpose- if you are going to be interacting with the tenant and making minor maintenance decisions, then you are wasting money on the PM.

I think being able to interact with people on a more personal level is better as well. we just need to find out how we can interact with her!
