Hottest submarkets I've seen are N Miami (17% YOY rent Growth last year) and Little River (14% YOY rent growth).

Now to find that guy that lets me rent cheap in LA hottest rental market ever.

Growth really going on all over, but some of the hottest growth areas are what we call 380 corridor....so some say that is from Denton to McKinney, but I say it stretches further than that. 

But I am still very bullish for our market, especially for Milwaukee - we have been one of the hottest markets in the US in 2023 and that is probably just the beginning.

In Las Vegas, which is in the Mojave Desert (the hottest and driest desert in the US), mud rooms do not exist.

Along 380 is some of the hottest residential development areas of the country, so just outside of that is likely in the path of progress.

A lot of real estate advise like that is from a very specific time period basically 08-12ish and is completely useless in the hottest real estate market on record.
