I'm sorry if it come across harsh.... since I'm a newbie on here several things stand out and people writing comments before reading everything seems to be a general event on these forums.

In the end the market doesn't discriminate, it is harsh, it is real and it hurts but life goes on at the end of the day.

Re-coating is prone to damage from cleaners, and any other harsh cleaners.

Sounds harsh but helps teach a lesson.

But I wouldn’t kick myself over it too harshly.

The penalties can be harsh if you violate tenant rights.
