Hi Natasha, It's a lovely home, it seems spacious and sunny, but there are certainly a few things that as a broker I would suggest you should do.1) Paint the apartment all white. 2) Reposition all your furniture3) Remove the current song from the video, and perhaps use a calm but more uplifting sound. 4) Hire a professional photographer, and I am happy to share a few contacts.4) Run the comps, within your building and as well the area. 5) This is a down market and buyers are looking for a deal.

That one is a rental unit and I have a signed lease agreement and the tenant has been in there for going on four months now. My mortgage is a little bit higher than what I am renting it out for, but only by a couple hundred dollars.
