Hi Sonia, The U.S. real estate market can be extremely lucrative for international investors especially depending on where they decide to invest.

Possibly low for FL, but not low for a normal AC.Even if it was dust causing the AC to not work, which I extremely highly doubt, prove it wasn't built up dust from prior years. 

While the article does make some great points the author is coming at it from the wrong angle... and is a bit extreme in his beliefs (if you read the comments thread).I certainly don’t view it as an investment, but a place to store cash that can be leveraged while still gaining interest.

Extreme example of gifting to those that don't need it. 

The program is good but the community is outstanding they will expedite your understanding of the business help you/ your business grow exponentially - so far I recommend completely  - 2 weeks in and I already have 2 potential deals which I am following up on this weekend (doing this part time) either way I was very skeptical and now I am extremely excited and hopeful every single day, I know 2 weeks isn't a whole lot to go off of, but I plan to make a post when I assign my first contract!!

my father has been investing in detroit for 22 years over 100 different properties i am not sure which is the better choice but we always have the tenants fill out an affidavitwater bills in detroit can come in extremely high at times and if the tenant decides to skip out on paying rent and bills, it can cost you thousands if it is under your name and not theirs.

@Danielle Daly does this extremely well in Denver, CO and I'm sure has a few golden nuggets on how to mitigate a few of the cons I mentioned by being a very good operator.
