On top of all this my attorney was not at all responsive to any questions I had regarding the contract so I was forced to hand all this over to a new attorney who BTW has been phenomenal This was extension number one.

I have studied this EXTENSIVELY for 2 years before jumping into landlording or investing. thanks. 

It backs right up against a B- area and has seen extensive demolition and rehab work recently.

It requires extensive investment, finance and real estate education to come to a conclusion.

This is my first post in the forum as I recently became a BP member :)My husband and I just got a Duplex under contract that requires significant repairs (no structural/foundation work) as it is quite old and has extensive wear and tear. 

Only seeking applicants with extensive experience in this space.

File an extension and then ask one of us resident BP experts to review his work after 4/15.

They agreed to a 3 month lease extension that required the entire 3 months to be paid upfront.

My construction loan is running on extensions with all the issues I’ve had with this builder.

Thank you He isn't interested in doing extensive rehab.
