Investing in Wall Street is the ultimate 'no control on your investment'.Please enlighten me on how investing in one of your syndications provides the investor more control over their investment, than a 401K account in the investor's name where they can buy/sell equities at anytime at their sole discretion.

My brother and his wife were totally enlightened when I shared with them everything I know about buying a real estate, and they felt a lot more encouraged about the prospect of owning their home.

Assuming Orange County is as you say, (as you would know real estate in the area much better than me) could you enlighten me onto some of the negatives associated with multi-family and what about california's pricing makes it very different from the rest of the country?

Can you enlighten me if you see it otherwise?
