Some stores are out of milk and eggs, whereas others that are 5 minutes away are out of something else.

Also, if the market starts going south foreclosures will rise and deals will be aplenty....but I would have already put all my eggs in this basket.Am I being paranoid, are these concerns legitimate, or something else?

Down in egg harbor theres probably a bunch of older homes that have cesspools, wells, oil tanks etc.Things to consider in older homes is if the foundation has a footing, oil tanks, failing septics, knob and tube wiring, federal electric panels, aluminum wiring, galvanized waste lines, termite damage, old heating systems etc.

Those that felt the need to hoard that item (no idea why) already did and soon the stores will be stocked and a lot of people have a 4 year supply so won't be buying more soon...Probably the same with cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, bread, milk, eggs, flour and some of the other "empty shelf" items.

I am going to see some high dollar reservations for this like the University graduation which will surely be canceled in May.I think this is going to be a down year for most of us.This is why it is important that you don't  have all your eggs in one basket especially if you have bank loans on everything.
