My current exploration pertains to new construction and land development.

It takes time to develop the systems and processes needed for consistent results.

This is a ground-up development coordinated by CC&F (https://ccfne.com/), an operator that has been in business for 120 years and has built over 100 million sq ft of commercial real estate.

I saw a townhouse development in an established area and even then they added a commercial building for a bakery/coffee and a dentist office. 2.

There are the same type of developments going up in the area but the cost have already come up a decent amount as well.
