Of course, in pursuing this strategy, you are really in effect giving up on making a new contribution for the year, but it can be a means to consolidate some Roth money into a new SoloK.As you note, the Solo 401(k) question appears to be moot for you anyway.The IRA LLC is a great platform and will give you full flexibility and control over the funds to invest in notes.
