David F. Preforeclosure requirements in event of condo conversion

Rather than that, if a loan is called because the property underwent a condo conversion (apartments into condos) or subdivision process without the lenders awareness/approval, would they still be required to offer a preforeclosure period before being able to foreclose, as is the case for lack of payment?

I've worked in property management and managed my own properties and HOA's definitely keep a close eye on that cap so the community is primarily owner-occupants.

I have this theory that basically the stock market can grow faster than the fundamentals more so than housing, reason being when people put money into their 401k or whatever they are just throwing money in, not looking at p/e or whatever, the stock market is in part just an index of Americans excess savings plus it’s a unstated policy of the government that stocks go up, where as housing people are obviously very very aware of how much thier monthly payments is/ how much rent is, plus it seems that is actually a push to lower housing prices at least relative to inflation.

Along the same lines, the buyer who can barely qualify for the entry level SFH is acutely aware of their cash shortage and therefore are going to be less accepting of household features near the end of their useful life, even if still functional and have a stronger desire for anything that is listed as a deficiency on the inspection report to be corrected.

Hello BP Community,As is very common I have friends who purchase their rental houses under their own name in order to get lower interest rate loans with better terms and also cheaper landlord insurance, and then they transfer the title into their LLC after closing.
