Basically it just means choosing the work or activities you want to do, and having passive income to sustain (and protect) your chosen lifestyle.

You can set up keyword alerts by going to your account and then on the lefthand side you'll see topics - click forums - click keyword alerts - you can put your chosen markets. you'll get e-mail alerts when you're keyword is used, this allows you to see not only who's in Atlanta but who is active!

For example you can look at alternative acquisition strategies like seller financing or lease/options (L/Os can be really risky though, cause you're kinda gambling with the seller on appreciation). 

Avoid online auctions if you like to gamble, and can't resist putting in "just one more" bid.3.
