If we go with the second option and offer seller financing for the equity what interest rate should we charge and how would we go about setting that up?

Hello,Is there a Real Estate Appraisal tool or application or website we could use to know and generate appraisal of a real estate property (single family home, condo, etc. ?

@James Harryton Look on Craigslist, Zillow, Redfin, Rentometer, and other online sites to see what others are charging for rent in your area. 

We've heard this question a decent amount recently, and I'm assuming that it's Nationwide due to the stats below: 2024 is the most apartment units completed in a single year since 1987.We're definitely no longer in the days of throwing up 3 blurry photos, pushing rents, and having 5-10 applications within a 3 day period (COVID era).

Often times you don't need all the bells and whistles they are more then happy to set up for you (and charge you along the way) 

For example, I mention that every adult must pay a $30 application fee, pass my credit/criminal background, make a combined income of 3x the rent, and whether or not the property accepts pets.

Why add more people and not charge more for it?

I would not just exclude those props  I would just charge accordingling.. 

There is not a difference between the charge for sec 8 or cash tenant.
