If you're just starting out, you may want to try renting to the general population in the area before diving into a specific niche with more rules and regulations like section 8 which may cause more time and delay.

CPI coming in above estimates generally means that mortgage rates will rise (as this will cause the Federal Reserve to lean toward higher interest rates to fight inflation that’s greater than expected) and vice versa (lower than expected would cause mortgage rates to fall).

One more was fairly bad (too many people living in the unit, causing a nuisance, etc.) and we just gave them notice to leave, and to soften the blow told them they could take the washer/dryer with them that came with the unit (we don't want those crummy old machines anyway - we don't include w/d with our units that have hook-ups).

My PM charges a pet fee that they keep, but they also guarantee if the pet causes damage (and the deposit doesn't cover it), that they will fix it.
