We met and lived in Brooklyn, NY, but moved to Connecticut about a year ago when we purchased our first home here which dramatically lowered our monthly expenses.We are both freelancers in the advertising world, so our work revolves around NYC, and we would love to be back in the city long term.

I have two one-year-old babies, my whole life revolves around them.  

Personally I used the revolving 0% CC's to get out of debt and my credit took a hit for a while but in my mind it was better than not having the ability to pay my bills which would have impacted my credit even more. 

I'd be happy to chat with you about rental areas in Richmond metro as the majority of my business revolves around helping investors find rental properties.

In any case, this is a  complex property and if you decide to have it appraised, be willing to pay a good fee to get the right appraiser involved.Cheers,Cam

Most or all of the building operating costs will be recouped from the tenants through the CAM fees built into their leases.Does that make sense?
