good morning everyone, i was wondering if there are any meet ups or in that nature of agents, investors or people who bounce knowledge/ ideas of RE. if so, what day/s, where and time; im a full time college student and part time worker. im trying to learn the GAME here. if anyone does they sort of things?

It is how you leverage that platform, how you apply your SEO, and how credible you are.Ultimately it is not backlinks, not citations not anything other than CTR, Bounce rate and time on page.

If the check bounces, I won't rent to them.

All we had to do was show them the checks that bounced and file out some paper via online.

My landlord accepts money orders and after a couple of bounced checks, requires either money orders or cashier's checks for the rent payments.
