Even the hardiest of remodeling contractors can react to high levels of mold.

And that state regulatory bodies may feel that they can write rules covering wholesaling under their existing enabling legislation.

Ask the agent "How did the seller react?"

You can read it in their faces and their body language.

I FEEL LIKE IM 45 IN THE BODY OF 25 YEAR OLD.

You may be able to gauge how they react so you can adjust it before you spend a couple hundred bucks mailing out to the masses.

You have total control how you react.

I encourage all my salon employees to find an alternative source of income because cutting hair is SO hard on your body.  

My experience has been that when a condo owners association voted to impose a large special assessment they also line up financing for the condo owners who don’t have ready cash (except in NYC coop buildings where the “best” coops require any body purchasing a coop to have $100 million liquid!).
