In Alabama, it used to be as easy as searching the county sites for tax deed properties that were left over after the in person auctions.

I even find myself looking at public records to understand what liens might exist on the property that I might have to assume when purchasing it, and these public record sites are not very straightforward to use.

For years, they’d used this site to stockpile soil from other projects, in lieu of moving it offsite (cost savings). 

Once you highlight a couple of locations, pay attention to active inventory in the areas by going to listing sites and checking out properties for sale.

Vacant lots can go for as little as $5000 - $7500 and are usually between other houses so you at least know utilities should be on or near your site. 

Many thanks in advance,Victor Talking with my friends contractors in the area... some of this contractor offered very low price for their projects betting to build many units and market changed and they simply started to file bankruptcy... when comparing cost it's common you will find higher costs ... been in this market last few years, houses will start to move again in the next months in a normal cycle (not pandemic cycle) , if you're goal is getting long term rental in place for delay gratification...

It’s listed for sale on all the home sites(Trulia, har, Zillow etc) If anyone has time to go take a look at it and based off what you see in the pictures and give me thoughts and what they think something like that could be built for.

I assume you could take a similar approach with Redfin, Realtor etc etc.There are STR sites like Rabbu that present deals regularly but not sure if these are sold furnished.
