@Dan Barli Class is as expected, erring on the side of caution is the curriculum, but not very productive for investing in rentals.

It also says in the contract (in short terms) that we represent you in the transaction and we are the point of contact with the various folks that work behind the scenes of the transaction.

Luckily my meter was easily accessible, I turned of the main at the entry to the house, read the meter and then rechecked a while later and the meter was incrementing.If the meter is accessible, a great thing for every homeowner/investor to have is called a T-Bar.

Zachary,In our area, some Insurance companies have issues with Habitational (Apartment) exposure when commercial is a Liquor store, Bar, or Restaurant.
