We paper them differently and have numerous disclosures and checks and balances in place to ensure the deal is as risk free as currently possible.I agree the gurus are soiling this industry quite a bit.

Maybe a private lender or hard money lender would lend the balance.

So even though you created 40-50k en equity, now you have a balance on the credit cards still and you have your HELOC maxed out too.  

Something tall to the right of the window will balance it a little. 

this is a great service to counter balance those out there that think they are experts charging 15 to 30k to learn this method which really is not all that complicated once explained :)

It will say how much of a mortgage they obtained but not the current balance.   

As far as balances on mortgages...I prefer not to look.

Reduce Your DebtPay down existing debt, especially high-interest credit card balances.

You should take a closer look at how far behind they get and the timelines in which they get the balance caught up.
