One idea is an inspiration from the podcast with @Joe Asamoah and accepting Section 8 tenants.

They provide lots of inspiration for new investors, ideas for getting started, and opportunities for meeting people.  

Guys i need some inspiration for 2020!

It's great to hear I can feed a little inspiration into your 2020 goals!

A more conservative approach would be to put on the sign “looking to buy your house” and your phone number....this would look more like a “we buy houses” sign which most are used to seeing.  

Learning this has taken follow up and diligence, but its been better than continuing on the same path.Good luck and be sure to post when you close a deal..it's very inspiring to other members :)

This is by no means a bragging post, but genuinely to give some hope and inspiration to the newer members that you can do this if you want it badly enough.
