Because I hopped a plane just a couple days after high school graduation, I basically have no idea how to do adult life in the USA... so clearly the thing to do in this situation is get involved in real estate investing, ha!

I entertain deals throughout my state, but, we have so many MLS sites that finding professionals who are a part of that market and then working with them seems convoluted.What do you think?

A four-bedroom house should comfortably accommodate two adults and three kids sitting down for dinner.

As far as a partner, I have not entertained it - however, I am exploring the possibility of private financing which will assist in substantial upgrades/repairs and account for initial vacancy. 

NO way would he even entertain risking that relationship because you would be 2 and 9 or 1 and 10.. just not going to happen.

I have perused the home buying schemes, real estate websites, etc and my gosh I cannot see how a young adult is ever supposed to get onto the property ladder there!
