Do you have a university in mind?

I am looking at a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with finished basement near a University I would like to rent out for Student housing. 2 miles from a train station, 5 blocks from the University entrance.

A few years back, my teenager graduated from Binghamton University, which is in Binghamton, NY. 

It's located 3 minutes from downtown in a city with a large fortune 500 presence. 5 minutes from the local university, great hospitals, etc.

I currently own three properties in Philadelphia:Prop A: A duplex in the University City area (51st and Sansom) purchased in 2009.

Research from the the University of Florida, Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory showed that biting midge populations were reduced in test areas of Vero Beach and Boynton Beach, FL, and Castaway Cay, Bahamas.

Another suggestion is close to Emory University and Hospital.

This would be my first effort, as a non-accredited investor, dipping my toes into real estate in a low risk way.
