I just acquired a foreclosed property in TC, 500 ft from one of the inland chain of lakes ( Spider, Arbutus) for a great deal.

@Jim Lamp'l I would avoid the green run area of Virginia Beach and look more around the Ocean Lakes or Salem areas.

We are living in the Salt Lake City Area and are thinking about using and FHA loan to buy a Duplex, Triplex, or FourPlex.1.

I've learned alot within the past 4 months and while driving and working with investors in  Racine I've seen many opportunities especially as you head closer towards the lake.
