My only goal is to have all the details clearly spelled out so we can adjust price and deadlines in a fair manner as things come up. 

At least the HELOC  sets it free!!! 

@Zach Denny  Similar to what Minna posted above, I have done with a local portfolio lender bank where they set their own lending rules. 

When I first set up the home, my target demographic was young people looking to host events like bridal showers, game nights, and baby showers.

My goal is 25 doors in 5 years, my struggle right now is deciding to either go back to work and save up money to continue or come up with a way to leverage financing to stay afloat myself and stick with it, waking up everyday 100% dedicated to my real estate. 

My main goal is it be able to retire at age 40 from my main job and work entirely on my real estate portfolio.
