Supercharger system is far and away best system out there.. there is no POS charge system its on your credit card and automatically billed.. my first 3 Teslas were grandfathered in and I NEVER paid to charge however all the early buyers still get the free charging.

At a bare bones minimum, the letter confirms the start/end dates of the lease, monthly rent, paid-through date, absence of any prepaid rent other than the current month, and security deposit amount.Better, it will include statements there are no unresolved claims or disputes or repair issues with the current landlord, and no verbal or written side agreements.Better yet, it will include a copy of the tenant's lease, and a confirmation the lease is a true and correct copy with no amendments.

To do a cash out refinance now with conventional financing, you have to wait until the loan being paid off is 12 months old! 

Watch out for the village requirements and make sure your team knows what areas require rental and pre-sale inspections. 

That to me is the simplest deal structure and the least "risk to you" as you aren't waiting for the final home to complete to be paid, as I understand it most construction loans close on the "dirt" up front....although like everything in real estate its infinitely negotiable and changeable.  

Even then, if you've built up enough carry-forward losses, a nice capital gain may not trigger any taxes to be paid. 

Also have you done any pre-dd-  driveby, discussions with broker, property managers and other real estate professionals about this property.   

These referral services have you add property info, photos, etc. but then send your info to the listing agent who does the work (and gets paid by the referral service).Here's the catch: The actual listing agent is going to need to send you the real listing input form for your local MLS.

I was prepaid 1st 6 months of interest. 8 months have passed and no additional payments have been received.
