Repaired the garage leak in roof, complete demo and then patched flat roof.Landscaping, mostly hardscaping with rock and stone in the front and back.

I don't know of a low cost of entry product on the market for raw land.I have heard patch of land, or land patch something like that has a nice program, but I have never reached out to them

I’ve seen Patch, Point and others but not available in Texas.One of the purposes of theses programs is to enable someone to take equity of their home without a home equity loan or HELOC

The last house I did had leaks and I re-did the entire plumbing system with pex per the plumber's recommendation :-)  If you are doing patch repairs, do you use PVC with galvanized pipe? 

I have a guy who patches it along for each leak at $200-400 per spot, that can go on for years, until I am ready to do a full scale roof replacement. 

@Brandon EllisIf it's a big-boy knob-and-tuber with electricity running up to outlets in a  finished attic and they're doing the plaster patching after the rewiring, yes, this is normal in my area.

It was hell trying to find a contractor to patch up the roof before winter.

My plumber has to cut a hole in the ceiling to fix a leak in the bathtub plumbing, so I needed someone to patch up the hole in the 2nd floor bathroom for the 2nd floor tenant.
