I bought a Mig welder and a bunch of tools and suicided the doors on my Ford Ranger, shaved the door handles, sunk some different taillights into the back, ported the intake, custom built an exhaust, modified this, customized that.

I stay on West Dearborn side close to Ford, and yes they are tougher than other burbs which does hold alot of the investors in check.

@Shawn Ackerman nice to see others dealing with the same problem, sadly though here we can't use late fees to compensate for the late rent, worst part is the neighbourhood is a B-C, the tenant however is meant for D-F and i inherited her :/

I would recommend buying a small pick up truck like a Ford Ranger or Toyota Tacoma they go for around 10-15k, you can find cheaper ones.
