When acquiring a large portfolio of rental properties, what strategies have you found effective for managing or dividing the properties?

And as you found out, you get 0% of hits that you never swing at!

I found out the previous owner had passed and had lived there many years.

But if there is a way to make it feel less awkward or unsafe can you please let me know.How  can I found mentor on LinkedIn, Facebook or Biggerpockets with out sounding annoying by sending lot of direct message to random people?

Your post, and its content, appear to all be quite honest, which is, in itself, is a remarkable revelation in today's society and much appreciated.My main problem, being both older and retired, is getting around the technology involved today and I have found several people who appear to be able to get a site up and running for me and get me front page Google rankings.

I live in Denver, CO but I have found a great group in Kansas City that provides great single-family home properties that are newly renovated and turn-key for long-term rentals (I'd be happy to connect you).

@Sol BergrenBP had a legend on their podcast episode 399: Jeff Thorman who discussed this common problem.My experience there's a handful of root causes:- Subfloor is not level - in which case this is bound to happen no matter how well you installed- Improper installation - I've found the planks seem tight when they typically have a small bit they could get tighter which is why I always use a scrap piece of the interlocking flooring, then while installing each piece of flooring, I pull into place manually as best I could, then use the scrap flooring to lock into the open side of the piece I'm installing and tap with a hammer as needed until the pieces is truly secure in place.

I found out after the purchase that it was a frequented drug house. 

However when my friends moved out and I started renting to strangers, I found the high turnover rate and overall living situation to be much more challenging.
