The results have been that the borrowers are relieved of their fantasy that they will be able to eliminate debt either partially or totally or tie up the legal process through “lender liability”, and then are forced to confront the reality that they are going to have to satisfy us as to debt repayment and that we rightfully hold the upper hand.

That fantasy is like imagining the Romans having found a race of people who were immortal, 7' tall, 10x the strength and speed of any other human alive, 10x the intelligence, aaaand served the Romans as slaves, lol.

We keep the properties neat and tidy even though they're rented by college students (funny story:  one of our houses is directly across the street from UMD's football field. 

I think of these helpful professionals like officials in a football game. 

Therefore, they and I wait as we sift through the garbage, the fantasies, and the scams to find the deal that meets our criteria.
