I don't think anyone can hold you to a contract with that kind of ineptitude and carelessness exhibited.

Engelo was / is famous in Australia  for buying the cheapest home in the entire country back in the day.. 

I made a really onerous looking pictorial exhibit plus an extensive disclosure statement.

i just come across this platform and i was super exited as a builder with own construction company to have such an impressive collection collaboration to start JV. just to come to the realization that this platform is  in america  and i'm from down-under "Australia" i'll be searching fro similar platform in my country, if i don't find one i'll be creating one!!

And is it fair to say that all of the preferred returns that are referenced on Exhibit 62, and it goes through February of 2016 through September of 2017, it totals about $169,880.40, virtually all of these preferred returns would have been paid by another investor's money as they invested?

The beach is crowded but NICE at Christmas anywhere in Australia.
