I have a house under contract with a walk out basement that I want to make into a studio apartment for a house hack.

I have had substantial success with everything from SEO, to third-party e-commerce platforms like Amazon.

I am considering signing a master lease on a studio downtown solely to rent out on air bnb and am curious to know if anyone has experience renting out on Airbnb during the "off season" in San Diego. 

We are now considering a 4th story addition (2 studios) and conversion of the 2 bedroom unit into 2 separate studios. 

My small studio and one bedroom properties get a much better return than the larger properties (and are so much easier to manage!)

We have around 200 doors and boiler keys, shed keys, back door keys, etc...The key pads are $89 on Amazon and then I am getting them keyed to my master lock for $10.

Euclid is interesting as there is an Amazon distribution center opening in 2019 which will bring over 1000 jobs to the area. 

Units 1 and 2 are both 1bed/1 bath and unit 3 is a studio.

Zillow is trying to do to the real estate market what Amazon did to the retail industry.

This house interests me because I feel that the standalone garage (literally an actual building with a garage door) can be converted to a 1 bedroom studio (I'd estimate $20k), and the "den" can be drywalled making it an enclosed master bedroom.
