Then I moved to a program primarily for young men with developmental disabilities but highly functional, like working at Home Depot and Fed Ex who had some criminal histories so had to be supervised, now I’m at a transitional housing facility.

Additionally, Brandon Turner reads 50 books a year or more, and many other successful entrepreneurs and business men are constantly reading and talk about how often they read.

Both men and women can participate, they run these courses all the time, and of course they do eventually try to sell you on their more expensive courses and platform but I just signed off at that point.

These sales men are the “tin men” of days gone by.

I believe there are some checks and balances which we need to keep while bidding - e.g. thorough property research - title, drive by, estimate repairs etc. and have the right team - attorney, handy men, title review, investor and real estate brokers , we can make fixer upper on those houses bought in auctions happen.
