Please correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't a single-family home be a better option near Disney World, especially one with a pool, if it's affordable?

Nothing wrong with negative cash flowing properties provided it meets your investment goals. 

It can be painful not knowing and making the wrong move!

You’re still going to be personally sued when something goes wrong. 

It's a big investment and many things can and will go wrong - so I would highly recommend to stay local for the first few ones. 

And if not, what am I doing wrong?
