Do you want to look for tenants in July or after school starts, maybe be marketing it in the winter? Time

Cant wait to visit again during the winter time.

Tucson is a heavy travel destination in the winter time (although we're getting our butts kicked by El Nino) and I, as it happened, recently had my parents visit for the first time so I'm (relatively) flush with clean towels, bed linens and a new grill.

You can find contractor (hopefully good ones) that will replace or repair roofs in the winter time. 

I have a situation where the lawn was not mowed for several months due to it being the winter time and grass not being long enough.

Tenants are not as conscious when they are not paying the utilities (especially winter time).
