Wholesaled to a builder to build a house.

I'm actually just interested in wholesaling at the moment.

If more important items such as plumbing, electric or mechanicals are not working we will also address that for them but typically we avoid those kinds of properties if its to extensive.For those who are familiar with wholesaling you fully understand that to wholesale none of what we just mentioned above is necessary or obligated to be done in order to wholesale.

I'm wholesaling and looking for seller financing deals to hold as rentals.

The whole wholesaling thing is 90 percent someone putting a property under contract to find someone to assign to pay more.

I completed an internship in commercial real estate, and I also attended a couple of local REIA meetings/networking events before moving to Northern VA.I was able to narrow down potential strategies, and I figured both BRRR as well as wholesaling don't seem to be the best strategies for me.
